December 9, 2020: The State Building Commission's "Face Covering Policy for State Buildings in Wyoming" was rescinded on December 9th when the State Health Officer issued Health Order #4 requiring that face coverings be worn by all members of the public with specific exemptions (click here to read the Order). As per Public Health Order #4 issued by the State Health Officer and effective December 9, 2020, face coverings are required to be worn in public, including state buildings.
November 6, 2020: As per the State Building Commission's "Face Covering Policy for State Buildings in Wyoming," all individuals must wear a face covering when entering a state building and in any shared or public space within state buildings. Out of a desire to respect county public health orders where they require all adult persons to wear face coverings in public, with certain exceptions, the Commission has adopted this policy.
March 19, 2020: In order to practice social distancing and slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), public access to our Offices at 125 West 25th Street, Herschler Building East, Suites 100 and 101, is limited.
