- Be 18 years of age on Election Day;
- Be a U.S. Citizen, as evidenced by providing proof of U.S. citizenship as noted below;
- Be a resident of Wyoming, as evidenced by providing proof of Wyoming residency as noted below, and a resident of the precinct in which you register;
- Be a bona fide resident of Wyoming for not less than thirty (30) days before the date of the election at which you offer to vote;
- Provide your valid Wyoming driver's license;
- If you do not have your current valid driver's license with you, you must provide the number and additional acceptable identification as noted below. To satisfy Wyoming's proof of citizenship requirement, you may use your Wyoming driver's license, provided it does not contain any indication that you are not a U.S. citizen;
- If you have not been issued a Wyoming driver's license or yours is expired, you must provide:
- A statement to that effect (on the Wyoming registration application);
- The last four digits of your social security number;
- Additional acceptable identification;
- Proof of citizenship; and
- Proof of Wyoming residency.
- Not convicted of a felony, or if convicted, has had civil or voting rights restored;
- Not be adjudicated mentally incompetent; and
- Withdraw your voter registration from any other jurisdiction, if applicable (on the Wyoming registration application).
If you have neither a valid Wyoming driver's license nor a social security number, please indicate this by checking the appropriate box on the Voter Registration Application form and contact your county clerk.
