2026 House Enrolled Act No. 29 (Posted on the Secretary of State's Homepage on May 1, 2026)

On May 1, 2026, pursuant to W.S. 35-6-510(c) as set forth in 2026 House Enrolled Act No. 29, having received certification from Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon that the Wyoming Attorney General has determined that W.S. 35-6-401 through 404 are not enforceable unless the order of the District Court, Seventh Judicial District, Natrona County, Wyoming issued April 24, 2026 in case No. 116148 is modified or vacated, publication is hereby made that Article 5 of Title 35, Chapter 6 as specified in Wyoming's 2026 House Enrolled Act No. 29 shall be effective five (5) days after May 1, 2026, the date the Secretary of State received certification from the governor under subsection W.S. 35-6-510.

As per Section 2 of Wyoming's 2022 House Enrolled Act 57, original House Bill 92, W.S. 35-6-102(b) and 35-6-117(b) are effective on July 27, 2022, and W.S. 35-6-102(a) and 35-6-117(a) are repealed on that same date.
