● Subscription renewals must be submitted prior to your yearly renewal date to ensure continued access to the E-System without lapse.
● Registration renewal notices are provided by the Secretary of State’s office, via email, 60, 30 and 10 days prior to the renewal date. The notices are sent to the primary contacts stated on the subscription form.
● Renewal subscriptions only need to submit the pad account form if amending information on record.
● Subscription fee must be submitted at the time of the renewal.
● If the subscriber fails to renew the subscription prior to the renewal date the authorized user accounts under the subscription are revoked.
● Must contain original signatures.
