Receive an Electronic AR Reminder
If you would like a courtesy electronic annual report notification reminder please provide us with a current email address for your business entity by emailing SOS_AnnualReports@wyo.gov. The email notification reminder is automatically sent sixty (60) days prior to the annual report due date.
IMPORTANT: The reminder notification will come from SOS_AnnualReports@wyo.gov. Please add this email address to your "safe sender" or "white list" so it doesn't go into SPAM.
Providing us with an email address also enables us to send an electronic copy of a certificate of evidence of any amendments you may file on your entity. Please notify us of any changes to your email address so we can update our records.
