Electronic certificates of good standing are available for free here The electronic certificate of good standing has a validation number assigned upon generation which allows the certificate to be validated.

If you need a manually signed "original" certificate of good standing, please complete the attached Certified Copy/Certificate Request form and follow the instructions.
You may use the Update Form to update the principal office address, mailing address, phone number, fax and email address on record. Update Form
